Refund policy
Each order is individually crafted to suit your preferences, and as such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind or personal engraving. In the event that Engravd has made an error in the inscription, design, or fulfillment of your order, we will gladly replace the item.
Given the personalised and customised nature of our products, returns or exchanges for pendants are generally not possible, except in cases where there is a spelling error or a defect in the merchandise. Engravd is committed to delivering products of the highest quality, and if any issues arise, please contact us promptly at info@engravd.com.au. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
To process a replacement, we require either:

The faulty item to be returned to us, or

Clear photo evidence showing the fault,defect or error.
Upon returning your item (or once sufficient evidence has been provided), you can anticipate receiving a replacement within four to six weeks. However, in many instances, replacements are processed more expeditiously. This timeframe encompasses the transit time for us to receive your returned item (5 to 10 business days), the processing time once we receive the return (3 to 5 business days, depending on the nature of the return), and the production time to replicate the item (5 to 10 business days).
